Using the spoolie end of the Perfectly Defined Long-Wear Brow Pencil (used here in Saddle), brush hair up to get the fullest shape.
Step 2
Flip to the pencil side and use the pointed tip to draw short strokes to fill in any gaps or holes. Flip to the slanted edge to softly shade heads of brows.
Pro Tip:
If the brow feels too bold, comb through with the spoolie.
