Brush brows upward and outward with the spoolie end of the Perfectly Defined Long-Wear Brow Pencil. If there are any visible sparse spots, fill using the pencil point.

Comb through brows with the Waterproof Brow Shaper to lightly tame them.

The Muse

Ultra-Defined

STEP 1

Brush hairs upward and outward with the spoolie of the Perfectly Defined Long-Wear Brow Pencil.

STEP 2

Fill brows with Perfectly Defined Long-Wear Brow Pencil using short strokes, then brush through with the spoolie end.

STEP 3

Brush Waterproof Brow Shaper through brows to set them.

STEP 1

Brush brows upward and outward with the spoolie end of the Perfectly Defined Long-Wear Brow Pencil.

Fill in gaps along arches with the Perfectly Defined Long-Wear Brow Pencil, then brush the lighter powder from the Brow Kit through the head of brows and the darker shade along the outer edges to create a structured effect.
